Who is a Clinical Professor of OBSTETRIC AND GYNECOLOGY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF Southern California Keck School of Medicine. 

He completed his residency training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Jersey Shore University Hospital.

He’s a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the AMERICAN society of reproductive medicine, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and Fellow International College of Surgeons.

Diplomat American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology is Certified in Advanced Laparoscopic Laser Surgery by Accreditation Council On Gynecological Endoscopy (ACGE)

DR POLADIAN Fellowship trained in General Cosmetic Surgery at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

 His clinical interests include Pelvic Pain, infertility, endometriosis, and advanced minimally invasive Laparoscopy, laser surgery, and cosmetic surgery.

He is committed to providing patients with the highest level of personal attention and optimum care while fostering long-lasting patient relationships built on trust and competence.
Dr. Poladian is a member of Providence St Joseph medical center medical staff, providing care in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

He had several Leadership positions at various hospitals, including chairmanship of the Surgery department as well as chief of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and chairman of quality assurance in surgery.

He Founded The American Fertility Medical Center and Universal Surgery center and served as Medical Director and Chief Surgeon.
Has extensively lectured and taught laparoscopic surgery at various seminars Nationally and Internationally.

He had led several medical surgical teams on Medical missions in South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Armenia to teach other doctors how to perform much-needed advanced laparoscopic surgical procedures.
